Blog Post 7

Its that time of the year again. We're we all overzealously go out of our way to by loads of food and fatten ourselves up while someone, somewhere half way across the planet is dying. Black Friday too. Standing in line, in the cold, for hours, for some days, to rush into a store damn there killing each other for the best deals. Going in broke in the first place buying materialistic Chinese slave goods with money they don't have. Tis the reality of it.  Aside from that everyone likes some food. Im sure a lot of people would be quite gracious if we could eat like that all the time. You can but it just feels right when it happens on thanksgiving.

I am thankful for more things than I count probably. All this accumulated knowledge Ive gained, my ability to draw wonderful pictures, and creating mind blowing creations. Im thankful for the clothes I have, snapbacks I own, shoes I walk in, people in meet and interact with. Somewhere on down the road I'm sure there have been things I wasn't so thankful for. Taken stuff for granted. But who hasn't. When you live a country that can give you anything, its probably best to be thankful. If the government can supply it they can surly take it away. Which is whats happening now to our freedoms but thats another conversation for another time. For me its simply a relaxation period until its time to start studies again. Soon enough we'll all be off for Christmas then New years. 2014! The year of this senior class. Graduating in itself will be one thing for sure to be thankful for.
